Thank you for posting this clip. Initially, I just didn't want to watch it. I was expecting that it would show some prejudiced remarks. It did, but what was pleasantly surprising is that there were more people who stood up for the woman who wore the hijab [i.e., covered her hair and was dressed modestly]. It is that that was truly inspiring, and I ask Allah the Almighty to guide each and every one who defended her to Islam [including the reporter and his crew].

This side of America is not seen often in the Islamic world. There have been some really grave injustices that were done to Muslims in the United States, and I'm not belittling or downgrading any of that. It's just that amid all this dark side, there's this beacon of hope. I remember reading shortly after the 9/11 attacks that some Americans even volunteered to walk with women wearing the hijaab so that they could buy their essential needs from the grocery store.
