Is it sunnah to talk about your bad day

I really don't have good days, but lately my days have been feel with grief and sorrow, i would like to tell my friend about it but I am wondering if that is sunnah to diverge how bad a day you been having.

it could be told to a good friend, and not just anyone..

Alternative days of good fortune and happiness is followed up by days of sorrow and saddness. Thats the reality of this worldly life, however in retrospect its a cycle which is temporary, and in the we will have happiness forever or misery forever in the hereafter, so continue to strive for jannah until you recieve.

Just a question, if I'm having a really bad day because of something someone else did...is it considered backbiting if i share the story to a friend since it involves someone else?
