I dont know why the raquis charge big amonst for ruqiya. Alla the 'oulamas that i seen said they are not allowed but in internet we find the opposite. The tafsir of the hadith about the sahaabi and the tribe has been done clearly but they continue to charge. In the forum for ruquiya they don't allowed you to speak about the fees. For less than one hour they take £50, than enomus, to be paid for reading Qoraan. Even a tutoring is cheaper...
