Late in prayer!

Assalamu aleikum,

I need some advice or help from this topic inshallah.

For example you go to pray in Dhuhr or Asr and when you reach there the Imam has finished the Salat so you missed completely 4rakkas, Some people will have missed maybe 2 rakkas and will continue to pray. So the Question is...do u tap the one's still praying and continue with him acting like an imam now (Him as imam)?

Or if there are more people who missed the whole salat can we select one muslim and lead us to start another jamaat at the same mosque?

If he's alone.. you can just stand by his right and pray as he's your Imam.

for those who missed the whole Salat one can say Iqamah and they would pray as a jamaah.

Well I agree with you...but is it allowed for one mosque to have more than 2 same jamaat prayers in it?

You can only start a new Jamaah group if the first jamaah group finished praying and you missed it.

In other words.. If you entered the Masjid after the Imam already finished saying "asalamu Alaikom" for the second time.. Only then you can start an other jamaah prayer.
