I saw a similar man in Bangladesh with tumers down the side of his face. He was on the street and was old, and he had a beard with a Kufi. I look at these people and feel really sorry for them. Mashallah that hasn't happened to any of us, btu remember if something bad happens to us don't get angry at Allah, but still know that Allah is there for you and don't be afraid if your standing alone.
