Muhammad and the Mecca Conquest?
I have a history/Islam question - I am reading in my world religion class about Muhammad and his conquest of Mecca after being forced to move to Yathrib.. I was wondering if anyone knew why exactly Muhammad chose to attack Mecca after turning Yathrib into the Islamic Medina? Was it all over trade routes or did he decide that Mecca needed to be Muslim?

prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him) was God's final messenger.

he did not do this for trade or any other worldly interest but only obeyed Allah to have His rule over His earth.
