When was started nonarabic jumua kuthubah in the world? one of my friend told me nonarabic jumuha kuthuba started by Kamal Pasha in Turky.
If any body knows about it please give me correct details. I know nonarabic kuthubah is allowd in islam, but he is not agree it.
