Property issue

Assalam aleykum , I want to know that if a person died without giving the property right to her daughter but her daughter gives up her right so that she can save him from the punishment of Allah , is acceptable or not?

Normally the property is divided after person dies. I am assuming he left her out, and gave to others which is a mistake. This is typical of some cultural practises unfortunately, and it has nothing to do with Islam.

The sister can forgive him, but with regards to whether he is forgiven by Allah and not punished over not giving proper rights to his siblings, then this is something only Allah knows.

Actual division of property of a person is done after his death. daughter wil b given her share and after dat if she gives it to any 1 as hibba(gift) she is alowed to do so . main responsibility of giving share to girls is of male members who also get share from it.
