Is it haraam to work as a financial advisor? They offer advice on savings and investments.

Brother If you are a financial advisor then you have the opportunity to do Da'wa by offering those advices which are within the purview of Islam. If those advices are not accepted by the department then you should not go for this kind of job Allah SWT will give you a better source of job Inshallah.
