Assalamu Alaikum brothers and sisters
Islam is deen but there is no word in English dat means deen
so wen we translate deen to english we translate it to religion
religion means wat u believe(like muslims Allah , Christians Jesus etc etc) , how u pray( like we offer nimaz 5 times a day) , where u pray (masjid, cherch etc) , wat r ur festivals( eid , chrismis , holi), wat u do on d birth of a child , wat u do to d dead body wen som1 dies ,wat is ur dress etc etc
religion + social system + economic system + political system === deen
Simply it means Islam has its own political system , economic system dat Christianity , Hindus n others dont have
for example
Inheritance laws r discussed in Quran . wen we read them in Prayer we get its blessing but best thing is dat they should b in our system n followed by muslims
