  1. Do I lie?
  2. My thinking is positive or not?
  3. My love for Allah and Prophet S.A.W increases when I recite Qur'an ?
  4. I am a cause of ease or tease for others? (With my action and speech)
  5. I am a reactive person? (if someone is good to me so m I, and if some one is bad to me so do i)
  6. Is Qur'an is a source of happiness for me?
  7. Do I feel shy to act upon deen?
  8. Who is the first I look upon in time of need? (Allah, my loved ones, or something else)
  9. Do i mock others? (on being not pious, or being pious or any other reasons)
  10. I have stopped back biting or not?
  11. Do respect my parents to this extant? (017.023 Thy Lord hath decreed that ye worship none but Him, and that ye be kind to parents. Whether one or both of them attain old age in thy life, say not to them a word of contempt, nor repel them, but address them in terms of honor. )
  12. Do I feel envy when some is blessed? (in terms of deen or worldly blessing or some is being appreciated more then I)
  13. I act upon what I say or I just say good things to show off? (riya)
  14. Do I keep myself purified? (Internal/tazkiyyah n external/ taharaah)
  15. I keep my surroundings clean or not? (Keeping in mind that cleanliness is half faith)
  16. I forgive other while scratching grudge from my heart or I put my reaction for suitable time?
  17. I thank Allah for what I have or I keep on looking the things I don't have?
  18. I value small virtues or I m looking for high jumps to get jannah?
  19. If I am a student, I give my teacher his/her due respect or not?
  20. If m a female I feel pride or guilty while wearing my hijab?
  21. If m a male I feel pride or guilty in having beard?
  22. Do I invocate daily with conscious believe?
  23. Do I offer my prayers daily?
  24. I suspect people in their personal matters or not?
  25. I waste my time?
  26. I idealize the Muslims heroes or I just think them super humans (oh can't fallow them in present time, they where so pious)?
  27. Do I share my blessings with others?
  28. M I a readily angry person just need a flame?
  29. My offence is on religious matters or personal matters?
  30. I have prejudice in my heart for others?
  31. What is my first reaction on having happy news? (Scream/ Alhumdulillah)
  32. What is my first reaction on having sad news? (Scream / innalillah e wa iaan alyehe rajeoon)
  33. do i change myself according to mood of company?
  34. What I think/ do in my solitude?
  35. Do I follow Sunnah in my everyday life, i.e.; in eating, drinking walking etc?
  36. My behavior towards poor and beggars?
  37. What I feel in company of pious people?
  38. I leave the things that my heart indicates me to be wrong or not?
  39. I leave things that are not of my concern or not?
  40. Remembrance of Allah brings tears to my eyes or not?
  41. I cry in fear of hell fire or not?
  42. I feel the presence of Allah around me (by means of His knowledge)?
  43. Do I feel eligible to stand before Him, do I fear that moment?
  44. Do I remember my last time my grave?
  45. I am able to modify my wishes and my love according to Allah's deen or not?
  46. Do I love for Allah, hate for Allah, I give for Allah and stop my self (form giveing) for Allah?
  47. And what is my first reaction after listening any new thing about deen (authentic)? (We listen and we obey/ I have reservation)
  48. Do I fulfill my vows and oaths?
  49. I prefer deen on worldly gain or vis-à-vis?
  50. Do I preserve my modesty? (Sights/actions)
  51. Do I abuse other?
  52. I have killed my ego?
  53. Can I distinguish between ego and self-esteem?
