Salah Mistake

Salamu Alaikum,

If I am doing my Salah and I make a mistake whilst reading Surah Al-Fatiha should I;

Restart Salah?

Restart Al-Fatiha?

Correct the mistake and continue?

the immam (leader of salat) sometimes wen reading he says soming wrong the people behind him can tell him the right aya,or if he does one action wrong(ie do sujood b4 rukko3)they say subhan Allah,loudly.. and he shod kno that this means he has don somin wrong
oh thats of topic lol
he normally starts the ayah he is reading just from when he was mistaken ??!!
hope that was helpfull inshallah
so no need to start the hole salah from the bigging
