Assalamualaikum!

I'm new to this website and I'm hoping to learn much more about Islam from here.

I'm from Australia, Muslim-born, 20 years old. Although I grew up studying and learning about Islam, I feel that I have much more to learn. InsyaAllah I hope this site will give me more insight about Islam.

Also, since I've been hooked to Youtube's vids on Muslim converts, I've been interested to learn more about their conversion.

Glad to find such a nice site like this where Muslims all over the world can gather and discuss about our beloved religion :):blackhijab:

welcome to the site. ima new member too. not really sure how everything works on this. but just reading ur message i can i say i know how u feel. i was bought up mumslim too and i've lived around muslims all my life yet i never actually took much interst in islam. yh i did what my parents wanted me to do most of the time. go to the mosque read quran but i never actually took and interest.
now i've actually realised lifes too short and our only goal in life is to enter paradise and we can only do that by pleasing allah. i've been listening to a lot of talks saltely. i'd recomend sheikh suaib webb and anawar alawlaki. u can download some of their talks from this website: kalamullah.com.

That's good to hear then! I have friends who are Catholic and like you too, I find it very perplexing.. Haha, glad that Allah swt guided you to this religion. What made you revert, if you don't mind me asking. :)
