:salam2: My dear brothers and sisters InshaAllah you are ready for the nights of laylatul qadr :)

Firstly i would want someone to please explain how we perform salatul tasbih, i have many links and i understand how to do the salaah, but i want one last confirmation from you lot please on the instructions of how to perform the act..

Secondly my advice to you brothers and sisters, the night of laytul qadr has started tonight and takes place in the last ten odd nights. Alhamdhulillah what a great opportunity Allah has given us, where one of the nights is better than 1000 months!

Aa'isha (ra) said: "When the last ten days of Ramadhan entered he SAWS would tighten his mi'zar (waist wrapper), spend the night in prayer and awaken his family".

Let's benefit from these nights and make lots of ibadaah and du'a. Let's do lots of tahajjud and nafl salaah and increase on our recitation of the Qur'an.
May Allah accept all our good deeds and efforts and make our mizan (scale) in the hereafter higher than the scale of bad deeds..

Please remember me, my family and the ummah in your humble du'as..

JazakAllah-khair :)

jazaak Allah khairan for the reminder sister.

secondly, about salah tasbih....many scholars say that hadith about it is weak. it goes like this:

Salah al-Tasbih consists of 4 raka`at. It can be performed any time of the day or night except at the makruh times.

The following tasbih is recited seventy-five times in each rak`ah totalling 300 in the 4 raka`at.

Subhaanallaahi walhamdu lillaahi walaa ilaaha illallaahu wallaahu akbar

The method of this salah is as follows:

1. After beginning the salah by saying Allah-u-Akbar recite the thana ', Sura al-Fatiha and a Sura followed by the above tasbih 15 times.

2. Then go into Ruku and after reciting the usual tasbih for ruku` recite the above tasbih 10 times.

3 After standing up from ruku` recite the usual Rabbana Lakal Hamd and thereafter recite the tasbih 10 times.

4 Then go into Sajda and after reciting the usual tasbih for sajda recite the above tasbih 10 times.

5 Then sit up from sajda and recite the tasbih 10 times between the two sajdas.

6 Thereafter go into sajda again and after reciting the usual tasbih for sajda recite the above tasbih 10 times.

7 Then sit after the 2nd sajda (i.e. before standing up for the second rak`ah) and recite the tasbih 10 times.

8 This adds up to 75 times in one rak`ah. Do the same for the remaining 4 raka`at.
