Sheikh Al-Luhaidan

I wanted to know something about a sheikh. Maybe my dear brothers and sisters know of a sheikh muhammad al-luhaidan (famous recitor of the Qur'an). what I want to know is if it is him who is the Head of the Judicial Council in Saudi Arabia, that is , is sheikh muhammad al-luhaidan (the famous recitor) and Sheikh Saleh Ibn Mohammed Al-Luhaidan (Head of the Judicial Council) the same person?
