In the garden corner.. And my chickens live in the garden so here is a pic of one of them, it is a black rock breed and layers brown eggs.

This one is a Speckledy breed.. She lays dark brown eggs which are a bit speckley.

This one is a White Star, she is a very lively chicken. Difficult to catch hold of her eggs are snowy white. She is also a smaller breed but bigger than bantams.

There is another one a Bluebell, very beautiful. But I did not get a pic as she was off in the hedge

Oooo... they are super cute.

yes, I think they are super cute also. And a benefit of lovely fresh eggs for baking cakes and things.

The maple has got its leaves:

This is the Bluebell. Very pretty and nice brown eggs. Her legs are also bluish colour. They are out amidst the apple blossom today

So cute. I really wish that they will be safe from the foxes.

Today I built a garden fence.

There will be my pumpkin/squash garden:

Few more frames and compost beds (one at the right, other one left - not in the picture) with few fences around. Maybe some flowers on the pots too.

It´s again time for the leaf cactus flower. It has just opened, at the previous night.

The flower was open only one day. At the second day, it had started to wither:

If it doesn´t make another flower (what is possible), the next one I need to wait one year again.

At this year rhododendrons have only few flowers, mostly it grows new leaves.

At the north corner of the garden is old tatarian maple (Acer tataricum). It´s flowering too:
