Bismillah.
Who is a muslim. Sheytan believes in Allah. And he knows the truth very well. But still that does not make him a muslim. astagfirullah. A muslim is by definition the one who believes in Allah and who loves/fears Him.
The one who subordinate his own desires (nefs) and oppinion to Allah. He will take care not to transgress the limits of his Allmighty Creator. With other words he will refrain from all acts Allah has forbidden to him. The haram´s.
In many muslim countires parallel to this perception -haram- another has arised: ayip!
Ayip is by definition an embarrasing act which does not match with the moral code of a society.
The diffrence between the one who is refraining from "ayip acts" and the one who is refraining from haram acts is that the first one endeavors not to do deeds which can make him the bogeyman of his society. The last mentioned only fears Allah and is endeavored to please Him and no one else.
Today in muslim circles there is a tradition that women have to stay chaste while it is accepted when men commit zina.... Because they are men....
It is not regarded as immoral when women dresses saucy....
It is not taken serious when prayers are missed.... Because what matters is to have a good heart....
In weddings both men and women are mixed and dancing. Drinking alcohol is also a matter of course like a bellydancer...
daughters are killed for beeing not chaste...
etc....
Oh muslim men! How can you expect your daughters to live chaste if you by yourself are not chaste....!
Oh muslims! Are you obeying the Rabb el Alemin. Allah Subanaalahu Teala or are you obeying to people who can surelly not help you in the day of judgement.
Can you not see how deviated we are from the true path...?
Is it strange that the ummah is in such a bad state today...?
Does Allah not deserves most to be obeyed....?
Does Allah not deserves most to be obeyed....?

Oh you who claims there is no God but Allah! Testify what you say with your deeds and leave your false gods (e.g. society; nefs)
