بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
الله لا إله إلا هو الحي القيوم * لا تأخذه سنة ولا نوم * له ما في
السموات و ما في الارض * من ذا الذي يشفع عنده إلا بإذنه * يعلم ما بين
أيديهم وما خلفهم * ولا يحيطون بشئ من علمه إلا بما شاء وسع كرسيه
السموات والارض * ولا يؤده حفظهما و هو العلي العظيم * صدق الله العظيم
سأل بني إسرائيل رسولهم موسى هـل ينام ربك ؟؟؟؟
فقال موسيى: إتقوا الله !!
فناداه ربه عز و جل : سألوك يا موسى هل ينام ربك ؟؟ فخذ زجاجتين في يديك وقم الليل . ففعل موسى ، فلما ذهب منه الليل ثلثه نعس فوقع لكبتيه ، ثم انتعش فضبطهما حتى اذا كان أخر الليل نعس موسى فسقطت الزجاجتان عنه فانكسرتا . قال تعالى يا موسى لو كنت انام لسقطت السماوات والارض فهلكن كما هلكت الزجاجتان في يديك . ولهذا السبب أنزلت أية الكرسي .

Assalamu Alaikum,
I would like translate to the best of my knowledge
"In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
Allah! There is no God but He,
the Living, the Self-subsisting, the Eternal.
No slumber can seize Him, nor sleep.
All things in heaven and earth are His.
Who could intercede in His presence without His permission?
He knows what appears in front of and behind His creatures.
Nor can they encompass any knowledge of Him except what he wills.
His throne extends over the heavens and the earth,
and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them,
for He is the Highest and Most Exalted.
Allah, the Most High, speaks the truth.
Bani Israel asked their prophet does your God sleep???
Moses (AS) replied: Fear Allah
Then Allah(swt) called upon him they have asked you Moses does your God sleep??
Hold two glass in your hands and stay awake the whole night? And so he did as told and as the third part of the night passed he slept but he woke up again. By the end of the night Moses (AS) slept and the glass broke so Allah (SWT) told Moses (AS) if I sleep then the earth and heavens would fall and be destroyed like the glass."
And for that reason Ayat Alkursi was sent to our beloved prophet Mohammed (SAW)
Read Ayat Alkursi as frequently as you can Inshalah it will be of great reward.
