Hachiko

Assalaamualaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu,
Alhamdulillah , recently i got a new tablet and i was trying to login for the tti mobile app/version but wallahi i type Hachiko, i type my password and then a message pops up saying "Hachiko does not contain an @ please insert an @"
so i think put my email in but it just automatically changes to my username and the same message comes up. Do i have to literally type "Hachiko@" because i think i tried that and it failed.
please help and Jazakallah khairun to anyone who tried to help.
