What is the best way of teaching ?

Brothers and sisters I want to know about, What is the best way of Teaching other muslims and non muslims according to QURAN and Sunna. In the envirnment where multi culture peoples are working with you and you want to teach them to come to Islam.

try to find something that they may like that will bring the closer to islam. for example: let's say someone likes art- get a book from the library or something that has islamic arts. that way they can know a little of islam and soon they'll want to know more about islam. or let's say they are concerned about something, advice them according to the islamic perspective so that they will be intrigued by it. then when they ask about how you came up with it or anything like- tell them islam. or another example would be if you sneeze don't be afraid to say alhamdulillah. when they ask what it means tell them and make a discussion of it so that they will know more about islam.
do you get what i mean. there are many ways but these are simple ones. or if someone you work with does drugs- you can show them the bright side.

or when it comes to culture you can talk about how islam demolished the the oppression of women. how it refused for women to be degraded and abused. and the reasons they cover up.

the main thing you have to do is to find a way to begin your debate :
1-recite quran where they can hear you but not with a loud voice ...:lol:
so they want to ask what are you doing ??? there you get the first point ...:lol:​

The best way of teaching is, if we at first, are good exmple to them.

Everything else is much easier after.
