Where is this Ayah?

In what Surah is this Ayah in the Quran? (forgive me but i can only write its transliteration in English words) - Laqad Jaa akum Rasuulun Min Anfusikum, Azeezul Alaikum, Maa Anittum Wa lil Mu'mineena Ra uufun Rahim. ( i might have misspelled some few sections)

There has certainly come to you a Messenger from among yourselves. Grievous to him is what you suffer; [he is] concerned over you and to the believers is kind and merciful
