Why are the muslims suffering everywhere

Quite often I wonder that why are the muslims suffering everywhere in the world. Either it is Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan, Bosnia, Kashmir or even United States muslims are not in peace. We are the best Ummah and we are supposed tobe at the top of the world. What is the thing we lack???

Nobody knows what is the plan of Allah, we just have to be patient and see it through. It maybe the case that Allah is punishing us for our sins in this world so that on the day of judgement we meet Allah with only our good deeds. And it maybe the case that Allah is rewarding the disbelievers/wrongdoers in this world for their good deeds so that on the day of judgement they only meet Allah with their bad deeds. So ultimately no one knows what Allah has in store for us, we have to have a longer vision, and not just get too entrapped in the now and the present. Hadith says: The kingdom (of power) belongs to Allah and he will give it to whoever so he wishes and can take it away from whoever so he wishes.
