Turn To Islam
Salam

Please watch this movie as I find it might be of some interest to our non Muslim friends and those that might be a little brainwashed. :)

For the curious Muslim brothers & sisters it contains some background music although there is no singing as far as I can remember.

It covers issues such as Christianity, 9/11, Banking systems, Worlds Media and the New World Order.

I‘d like to warn you all, It's a bit long but good to watch. Hopefully you'll let me have your thoughts.

Jazakhallah

random...i believe this is the same video that inspired chris cooper (myspace "star") to post a video blog about how he thought the bible was written by the government and he got a lot of very negative and insulting comments...lol. well now i have to watch it. :)

salam alaikum

well i don't like the 6 min introduction, so far I only seen first 30 minutes and still have over an hour to watch. My only problem i have so far is how they claim Christanity is base off so many pagan beliefs would that equate that some of Islam is base off pagan beliefs?

Think about it. The Christians worship the prophet Isha (pbuh). Things like the Christmas tree are a pagan tradition. The date of christmas is also based on pagan traditions. Remember the Roman empire had its own religion that it sorta of combined with "Christianity" (it wasn't called that at first). These are just a few examples.

Turn To Islam
Salam,

Well all I can say from having watched this video myself is that I'm glad that the public is starting to realise that 09/11 and 07/07 wasn't something that was done by Muslims instead created by governments to justify going into war with Afghanistan and Iraq and maybe soon to be Iran.

These people have been doing this for years and unfortunately many people are being brainwashed and led to believe what they say about Muslims is true. However I'm glad that people can come to TTI for the truth about what Islam really is and Allah bless those people who created TTI for Muslims and non Muslims alike.

Can someone help me?

I feel really dumb right about now.
I have just started to watch this video and am on the part about Horus...but I stopped because I am wondering where this is going? Maybe I should watch the rest before commenting, but I wanted to know if someone can explain this video to me?
Does it imply that ALL religions are lies or based on myth?
Is it implying that Jesus(pbuh) is really Horus? If so, then how does that fit into Islam?

I don't know, like I said...perhaps I should continue watching before commenting, but I really wanna know what it's all about before I waste my time watching something that will questions my beliefs along with all the other information. If someone who has watched it can please explain...I would really appreciate it.

Thank you! :)

^You're exactly right. It doesn't fit into Islam at all.

I've seen it. In my opinion, it's a waste of time, and really a movie for the gullible.. and don't think the makers of the film are somehow sympathetic to Islam because they bash Christianity - it's clear they have the same opinion about Islam. They hate it and think it's just as much man's creation and fantasy as Christianity. They're saying Jesus never existed in any way, shape, or form, and that religion is invented by man to control people. Obviously they don't know the truth about that, so what makes you think they know the truth about anything else?

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
I won't even bother watching the rest then.
What made me question is when they starting talking about Horus. He sounds VERRRRY familiar (I say that sarcastically) and it is why I stopped watching.

Thanks Again :)

They do make great points about how Jesus as the song of God is based on earlier, mythological beings like Krishna, Horus, etc. But then they go on to use historians to try and prove there is no evidence that a man named Jesus who gave prophecies ever existed in the area at the time. So, not only are they trying to say he wasn't the son of God, they're trying to say he wasn't a prophet either - that it was all made up.

Plus, in the beginning, they play some guy speaking, saying how religion is a weakness and an invention of man.

I've seen the entire film (watched it awhile ago), and I'm very skeptical about the rest of it. Because of their assertions that religion is bad and Jesus never existed at all, I find it hard to believe they really know what they're talking about. If they do on the topics of the national treasury and the other issues, then I think everyone who watches it should go out and do their own research instead of taking these guys' word for it at face value.

It really, in general, bugs me (this isn't directed at anyone here at all) when people make movies like this. People will watch it and then insist they're educated about the topic(s), when all they've done is watch one or two poorly made "documentaries". If someone really does think the US, Canada, and Mexico are going to become one country, then that's fine with me. I won't agree with them, but I'd much prefer someone come to that conclusion after research and looking past films like this, than someone who takes in whatever is fed to them without doubting it for even a second.

Salam Sister Kayleigh,

I just wanted to say thanks for your comments, it's always good to hear people's opinions on things.

You're quite right in saying maybe they take similar views on Islam as well since they're claiming Christianity is a man made religion however some of the things about Christmas for example being celebrated on the 25th of December as being a pagan tradition I find is true. I also like to apologise to anyone who finds this video questions their belief and I pray and make dua that your Imaan is strengthened.

Isn't it possible that that the early Christians some how diluted their Christian religion to fit in with these pagan traditions. I mean if you look at the Christians of today they're still practising this tradition when in actual fact it has nothing to do with Jesus (PBUH).

Also do you think the rest of the video in which they talk about 09/11 and banking systems are just a bunch of lies as well, especially with the problems the world is facing today to do with loans and interest and how Islam forbids interest.

I don't know but I have a feeling some of the video makes sense in how America is trying to control the world by forming a world government or even going as far as trying to play God by controlling the masses.

I welcome anyone else's comments and at the same time I ask for your forgiveness if I have offended anyone by posting this video. If the moderators feel this video is not worth watching and is found to be UN-Islamic please by all means remove this post.

Sister, this has more or less happened already here in Europe we have one currency now and I'm pretty sure the countries you have mentioned will also create their own currency. These things have been planned for years and are slowly coming into affect now. I guess we will only know within the next 10 to 20 years.

This is exactly what I meant. When I started to hear about Horus, I immediately stopped and wanted to know where it was going. It was clear that they were trying to refute Jesus(pbuh) as a prophet, so that right there would basically blow a hole into Islam as well.

I am like you, when I hear or see stuff like this it really makes me question the authenticity of the information and at the same time, you know as well as I do, that there will be people out there who would swear on their life that whatever they see or hear is true...then it is spread, and exaggerated, and spread some more, till it is completely blown way out of proportion.

I welcome anyone else's comments and at the same time I ask for your forgiveness if I have offended anyone by posting this video. If the moderators feel this video is not worth watching and is found to be UN-Islamic please by all means remove this post.

You have not offended me at all so please do not worry.
I did not watch the whole thing because being a convert, I am vulnerable... and you have to understand where I am coming from when I say vulnerable. I have had the Christian religion and way of life drilled in my head all my life, it was all I knew before Islam and even though, Alhamdulileh, I found the truth FINALLY...I am very suseptible to doubt...doesn't matter how strong my faith is and how much I believe Islam is the right religion for me..it WILL raise a doubt in me, it will cause me to go back to a thought or Bible verse or whatever and compare. I am trying very hard not to let this happen. It is a struggle everyday to erase those false claims that I have been taught since childhood. That is why whenever I see something, or read it for the first time, and there is the slightest bit of a hint that it is gonna go against anything Islamic (in reference to the religious views of the video) I will immediately stop watching it or stop reading. Which is what I did here.

Now as for the other points the movie supposedly makes..about the US and interests and so on...I do not know because I haven't watched, but I am sure it is not all lies and can be proven.

Oh well....:D that's just my opinion and I don't think that the moderators should close this thread as some may find the video quite an interesting thing to watch. Also, those who are strong in their Imaan who can may want to watch it :)

:salam2:

The people who made the video are actually asking their viewers to question the documentary and not take it as truth, but to find out for themselves (they have also included a list of sources and sources cited within the transcript). They provided this quote under their statement information:
"That being said, It is my hope that people will not take what is said in the film as the truth, but find out for themselves, for truth is not told, it is realized." And in order to realize something, you really need to hear out both sides of the story, right?

With that being said, I actually found the movie to strengthen my imaan. It's accepted among a lot of scholars that Christianity tried to wipe out Pagans by taking over many of their holidays, going on crusades etc. Now there are some points that I have to disagree with - like Jesus (PBUH) never exisiting and the such (and him being the last prophet, which at one point they mentioned...), but they do make other various good statements and conclusions about 9/11, media and banking - which I think is more worth the watch and the main reason it was posted to begin with.

So in my opinion, I liked the video and didn't find it too offensive (maybe at points), but I was taught at a very early age to question everything I hear and to never accept anything without first finding out for myself if it was true. Thanks for posting it!

Heh, sorry that was so long. :shymuslima1:
