My name is Zulekha.

Divorced, with a wonderful 7 year old son.

I used to be a computer programmer but I recently moved into the field of systems testing.

I was born muslim. I feel quite strongly about Islam, however I am rather agaist fanaticism. I thing we as muslims will gain more if we stop antagonising others.

May Allah bring unity and strength to the muslim ummah.

Welcome to the site sister Zulekha :) I agree with you. Living in a non-Muslim country we need to unite as Muslim brothers and sisters and then integrate into society peacefully without compromising our religious practices. May Allah gives us the strength to do this.
