Yes, nothing funnier than women trying to earn a living in a war-torn area by making other women feel good about themselves, and getting killed in the process. I, for one, commend these women for trying to make life better for themselves. It wasn't just about the women getting "done-up", the article was about the women who RUN the salons, who are trying to earn money to get the food, shelter, and peace of mind that, as you say, is very hard to get right now. What, should they just stop and then their families have even less?

i dont say that salons must shut down or those women who run salons must be killed .
its not sympathy that the western media shows for muslim woman but an anti islamic propaganda.they want to make it look like as very barbaric religion
that opresses woman and deprives her from her very basic rights.
they portray muslims as all the muslims are terrorists and kill the woman.
why they pick up such topics mainly concerning the muslim woman?
just to show that islam is a barbaric religion or it is the religion of terrorists?

we dont see any extremis or sucide bombers in Iraq but when America invades Iraq ,we see hundreds of Iraqi poeple dying everyday in sucide attacks .
we dont see any extremism in Pakistan and Afghanistan ,when America invades afghanistan and kills thousands of people ,then we see extremism .
has america kept its words of installing democracy in afghanistan ?
how far is america succesfull in its mission?
who deprived the Iraqi woman from her basic needs?
who made them doing extrawork to earn for her family?

Pakistan is like a second home for Afghani people .few days back i saw an Afghani woman who had lost her

DAUGHTER AND HER HUSBAND.the trauma of loosing five sons a daughter and hausband must have kill her but she survived.
SHE WAS THE ONLY SURVIVING SOUL OF HER FAMILY.
she is now begging in the streets of pakistan.
who made her begging in the street?who deprived her from her family?
who forced her to leave her homeland?
