This is indeed ghamidi at his best. It's something about his voice that is different than his other recitations. There is only one other that sounds the same as this as I know, and it's his studio version of surah hadid

He might be good at recitation.
But many scholars including Dr Israr Ahmed have strongly condemned Ghamidi for his So called Liberal views,
He is the favorite scholar of Liberal news Channels in pakistan.
So I think he is a controversial scholar.
You can listen his recitation.
He might sound impressive at general topics.
But on the whole his views dont coincide with views of Majority of scholars.

he doesnt talk plain straight...he goes in circles like politicians....its as if the hes been sent by the government......and i have seen alot of things which were contradicting with the other views of scholars

You guys are confusing the reciter, who is Sa'ad al Ghamidi with Javed Ahmad Ghamidi. I have heard many of his talks with other scholars and I couldn't find anything wrong in him. I have read his books meezan and burhan and I have also read the criticism on his thoughts by tanzeem (dot) org but I tend to agree with Ghamidi.
So the reciter is not that ghamidi you are talking about, and that ghamidi you are talking about is not a fitna but a true researcher and a contemporary scholar of Islam.

Brother Ghamidi is an excellent recitor of quran. So we take whats good from him and leave with regard to matters of doubt.
If only we could recite as well as him.

it looks like my language was still confusing people. The reciter in the video is Sa'ad al Ghamidi and he is not at all controvercial. The controvercial person, about whom some brothers were talking about is not brother Sa'ad al Ghamidi but Javed Ahmed Ghamidi. And if you take my personal opinion, which is contrast with some brothers in the forum, Javed Ahmed Ghamidi never leaves the bounds of Quran and Sunnah, so he is not controvercial to me.
