mashallah,i used to know three juz but forget
alhamdullah i started to practice again
inshallah all muslims get the chance to memorize the holy quran
for i read that
"the one who was devoted to the quran will be told on the day of resurrection: recite and ascend(in ranks) as you used to recite when you were in the world. your rank will be at the last ayah you recite."
and also some scholars mentioned that the number of ranks in paradise is equal to the number of ayahs in the quran, and a believer will rise one rank for each ayah that he or she memorizes.

Alhamdullilah i finished the quran,too and am in the process of revising it as it's too easily forgotten. It took me about 4 years , but i know people who have finished it in one year, Good luck everybody,

Well right now I am in the first Juz, but when i was a kid i had memorized all the way till the third Juz, then i forgot all of it because we moved to a new country and i didnt have a Quran teacher for a while. I forgot everything, even how to read the Quran so i had to start from the beginning. Right now i am learning the first Juz An Naba, Insha Allah i plan to finish it this month and I would like to finish the second Juz Al Mulk by the end of Ramadan. Insha Allah.
