Is my company's 401K linked to any Riba?

I am wondering if anyone has any information on this issue. I work for a big company who matches my contributions to my 401K which seems like a great idea for my future retirement here in the US. Lately, I have been wondering if 401K involves any riba. Does it?? I appreciate the data. Thank you.

Since I am far far away from the US retirement benefit systems, I actually do not have a practical knowledge about it. Therefore I guess it would be better to leave the stage for someone who knows better. Brother 401K system seems a good one however its necessary to clear any doubt we have Islamically. I will also inshaAllah come back to this thread later to see what it really is.
