we dont know how he (pbuh) looks like. can we draw any picture that comes to our mind? then it'll be like those other religions, and people may start to make idols from the picture, because he (pbuh) is our last prophet, people may go to extremes and make idols from his pictures. and there may even be many versions of how he looks like, some with different color hair, some with different features.

drwing picture of any living being is prohibited in Islam....you search fatwah on that n all ul'ima of ummah a are agree upon that...
