Tableegh Jamaat destroy a Masjid

This is NOT to spread hatred of Tableegh Jamaat, but to let people know some of their other activites besides calling for Namaaz.

Below are the pictures of Masjid Darusalaam demolished by our Tableeghi
brothers at Madanapalli, Andhra Pradesh in INDIA (approx 110 kms from Bangalore) on August 8-9 2009.

Also, a report in the local newspaper about the incident.

Our Prophet :saw:Said

"Who ever constructs a masjid, Allah will construct a house for him in the heaven" Saheeh Al Bukhari.

Our Tableeghi brothers have demolished a masjid, in ignorance may Allah
forgive their sin and guide them all to the right way...Ameen

I have not forwarded this blindly, these pics have been taken by one of my friend who used to go to build the Masjid over the weekends from Bangalore because Tableegh Jamaat people would not allow the professional labourers to work on it.

there must be a reason brother. maybe muslims are commiting shirk there. Allah knows.

informing this without letting us know their intentions can cause fitnah.

muslims may start disliking muslim movements which we need it desperately. tableegh jamaat though commits mistakes (as all of us) but they are frm Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamah.

Let me ask these questions, brother.

Where are they now? Have they jut left after demolishing it? Seems like some members of that Tableeghi team are still there. So what did they have to say when asked why did they do so? (People around the mosque can't just keep quiet about it..must have questioned them.)

How come they don't allow professional labourers to re-build it, but your brother (and co), Masha'Allah, are working on it?

Im not entirely convinced by the story at all.

Anyone care to give me some idea as to what that written document attached above actually says?

Im not a defender of the tableeghis or anything but its just that the ones I happen to know aren't exactly the violent type :rolleyes:

Ofcourse, the people who demolished are still there. They demolished it because they did want a Masjid which would call people to Quran and Sunnah they don't want a Salafi Masjid in their town.

Reverts and other Brothers used to be bullied whenever they used to go for Salaah in the Masjid run by Tableegh Jamaat. Because they would practice Islaam according to Quran and Sunnah not according to Indian culture or Sufi way of Tableegh Jamaat.

So in order to avoid this fitnah, the brothers planned to build a Masjid.

In India professional labourers are weak, poor and uneducated people. It is very easy to scare them away from work. But, same is not true for young Brothers.

Hyderabad to verify it.
