'Umdat al-Ahkaam is one of the most famous and widely studied books in the world. It is a compilation of ahadeeth pertaining to ahkaaam (judicial rulings), mostly based on the two authoratative sources of Prophetic traditions, Saheeh Bukhaaree and Saheeh Muslim.
