Oh my MIND!

Salam brothers and sisters in Islam,

I'm going to say it out loud, I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!

My mind talks so much rubbish, sometimes I even shout at myself, (so embarrassing) I get these thoughts which make me think my iman is decreasing each time the mind says something.

I know I sound crazy but I'm serious, I have the mind that is pushing the boundries..

I feel pain sometimes when I hear things in my head that I never even want to see or hear about.. Help me,

Does this affect the relationship I have towards Allah subhana wataAla???

salam alaikum

you are in the purest Eeman,
don't think negative, you are in right way

Sahaba radhiAllahu anhu warda came to Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wasallam and asked: oh Rasul Allah salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam, we have some doubts in our heart and it is better if the sky burst into the ground rather than we utter that from our mouth.
Rasul Allah salla Allahu Alaihi wa sallam said: do you really have doubts in your hearts?
They answered: yes
He sallaAllahu alaihi wa sallam said: this is the true eeman.
they may Allah be pleased with them all asked: ya rasul Allah! we have doubts in our hearts and it is weird to say, and you are saying this is the right Eeman.
Rasul sallaAllahu aiali wa sallam said: yes, this is the right Eeman, because there is something in your heart, but you know to utter these things is not acceptable and is not good.

if you have doubts or some confusion, try to solve it, ask your sheykh, insha Allah you'll find way, but don't feel so embarrassed and low

may Allah protect your Eeman and health
JazakAllah khair
wassalama alaikum

I agree with 'Ayman', do things that will take your mind away from these evil thoughts, if it be to fast for a day then do it and see if it helps. Sometimes even taking a walk outside or reading can calm you down and fixate your mind elsewhere. Inshallah Allah (SWT) will see that you are striving to become better and Inshallah Allah (SWT) may guide you.

you are getting whispers from the shaytan.

its not your brain.

this is very common

as even the sahaba used to get this type of whisperings.

Read the Quran .
