Why do we lose weight while we sleep? *ARTICLE*

Recently I have been more health conscious and weigh myself each day.
I weigh myself first thing in the morning, as well as the last thing before bed. I noticed that at night, I will be about 188 pounds. And in the morning, 184. I seem to gain then loose 3-4 pounds in the day and night (respectively)

Upon wondering why, I found this article:

Nonsense. Weight comes back at day. Here are much better ways to lost weight if you like. For example eat less and move more.

Controlling your diet is a big factor of how big or small a person looks. Also exercising a little is quite useful. What i mean by little is within the house. you can do squats or stomach exercises which dont take up alot of time.

interesting article , I did not lose my weight after my forth child and I have the same feeling about it as you are.

Interesting article sister. I have observed this weight fluctuation before when I was weighing my self everyday morning and before going to bed - I was on a diet at the time. But I never tried to find out why.

I think it is better for you to weigh yourself only once a week or every 2 weeks. As you get obsessed weighing yourself everyday and it can put you down if you do not see any change.

I am also back to loosing weight again as I put back some of the weight I lose before. It looks like it is something we have to do for life. cycling was a good way to lose weight for me. I hope you find the kind of activity you enjoy.... all the best...
