Recently I have been more health conscious and weigh myself each day.
I weigh myself first thing in the morning, as well as the last thing before bed. I noticed that at night, I will be about 188 pounds. And in the morning, 184. I seem to gain then loose 3-4 pounds in the day and night (respectively)
Upon wondering why, I found this article:

Anyway, If anyone else has ever wondered this and not really found a reason, that article explains why
