Japanese Scientist's research on Zam Zam

Son of Aa'ishah(R.A)
Following was written by a Japanese Scientist Masaru Emoto:

The quality / purity of Zamzam water has, will not be find any where else in the water on this earth.

He used the technology named NANO, and researched a lot on Zamzam water. And found out that if one drop of Zamzam water mix in 1000 drops of regular water, regular water will get the same quality like Zamzam water.

He also found that a mineral in one drop of Zamzam water has its own importance that will not be find any other water on this earth.

He also found in some tests that the quality or ingredients of Zamzam water can not be changed, why, science does not know the reason.

Even he re-cycled the Zamzam water, but no change it was still pure.

This scientist also found out that, the Muslims say BISMILLAH before eating/drinking. He says that after saying BISMILLAH on regular water, there are some strange changes happened in the quality of regular water. That make it best water.

He also found out that if some one recites the Quran on regular water, it gets the ability for the treatment of different diseases.

Masaru Emoto is a Japanese author known for his claim that if human speech or thoughts are directed at water droplets before they are frozen, images of the resulting water crystals will be beautiful or ugly depending upon whether the words or thoughts were positive or negative. Emoto claims this can be achieved through prayer, music or by attaching written words to a container of water

Why don't they show this kind of stuff on the news???!
Can't they handle the truth?

JazakAllahu Khair for sharing. Brother can you provide with a link to his website or something or can you tell me where we can get his actual research papers/journals. JazakAllahu Khair.

Hope this video backs up some of the water-related topic!

WARNING: Contains music but just mute it until you see the man in the video:

Is this a matter of everything being alive? SubhanAllah!

I looked to see if there were any published papers from this guy and I found only 2 in a databse containing millions of published research papers. Neither of them were accessible to me.

This doesn't seem very evidence based to me and its not Islaamic anyways, it encourages superstition, Allaahu'alam.

Edit:

Commentators have criticized Emoto for insufficient experimental controls,[6] and for not sharing enough details of his approach with the scientific community.[7] In addition, Emoto has been criticized for designing his experiments in ways that leave them open to human error influencing his findings.[8]

Elementary mistakes. Experimental controls + reproducibility of results are the corner stones of gaining credibility in science, he doesn't appear to have either of these. There is absolutely no reason to trust his findings.

Assalamu alaykum,

I agree and reminds me of quack "pseudo science", like water memory for homeopathy etc

On wikipedia, it says this Masaru EMoto is a Japanese author and entrepreneur. Nothing about him being a scientist. Furthermore, his motivations are suspect, "In addition to his books, Emoto also sells various water products from his websites and catalogs, which are purported to have healing properties derived from his research and experiments."

So, just like many other pseudoscientists, he is peddling his books and other products to people.

Doctor of Alternative Medicine can also mean Dr of Mumbo Jumbo.

We do not need to go out of bounds trying to "prove" everything from our Deen using science or worse, half baked science done by these pseudo scientists.

What if some scientist said the opposite? would that in any way reduce our love for the holy Zam Zam water and its miraculous properties? No

Assalamu`alaykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatu

Its nothing new what he claimed the Scholars have already said if Zamzam water is mixed and drinked it still has the barakah. And from the various ahadeeth its evident its does heal and cure.

Also Scholars have already permitted using Ayahs with water and drink for the sick.

His intro shows his mystical beliefs. I dont know if the Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah Be Upon Him) said thats the reason to say Bismillah before drinking water

A good read on Zamzam water

Assalam Alaikum: Aziz mahussain3

No need and no need and no need to place unauthentic articles to prove Divinity of Islam. Irrespective of lack of any miracles or related things no one can deny that Islam is Deen of Allah.

The way individuals are reverted to Islam is the only miracle beside Quran that I perceive as true miracle.

Regards.

I think the miracle here is that Dr Emoto is a very known scientist who had discovered food reacts to such things... If you see the video above ^

This could mean that food is 'alive'.

But mahussain has no blame for the knowledge he had been researching. Internet could be dangerous at times to hear rumors and so on, or make fake miracles, but as you can see, wiki has the answer to that in full explanation, and youtube videos are also to back up this evidence, that it may be true.

I try not to deceive miracles quickly because they may in fact be an ayat..

I also discovered the same during breakfast this morning; food does indeed react to certain things (the most obvious substance being air), its quite impressive. Who says you shouldn't appreciate the small things hey?

Emoto isn't a well known scientist, however with that said I would be interested in reading his 2 papers maybe when I have more time.

Its essential we don't allow external unIslaamic factors to have any major bearing on our Imaan, our belief in tawheed should be unshakable, if we want to strengthen that belief we should only look to our Islaamic sources because other things are inherently flawed.

Exactly, we always do not need to prove everything in our Deen using science. I had doubts about this, that is why I asked for the research papers.
