I have couple of question regarding wudu break while praying with jammat. It will also help for those who doesn't know what to do when wudu break

1. While praying with Jammat, your wudu break. what do you do? Should we remain in the same place or We shall walk away immidiatly when no one is praying behind you and make wudu again.

2. Lets say when Imam's wudu break while he's praying

3. IF ANYONE WANT TO ASK anything regarding wudu break. please write

1) If you definately know that you broke your wudoo'- then you leave. If you are not sure as to whether you broke wudoo', then you leave if you smell anything or hear anything.

With regards to leaving, then you just break your Salaah and leave.

2) If the Imaam breaks wudoo' he leaves. On that note, watch this video of one of the Imaams of Masjid al-Nabawi (The Prophet's Mosque in Madeenah), remembered that he had no wudoo' and left to do wudoo'. (Remember he is leading thousands of people!)

I've watched this one before and I read that there was some irritation in his throat. Not sure.

I don't know where I read this but perhaps it was a hadith that Salah is not valid if one needs to attend to the call of nature. I was wondering if the one who is praying and during the prayers feels the need to do so. Is his prayer valid or is he to break it?

If I'm able to find what I read I'll paste it here Inshaa'Allaah.

Cleanliness, overlooked urinary problems

:salam2:
Yes its highly suggested, to first attend to call of nature.

Firstly its a matter of cleanliness. A person who has withheld nature's call and goes for salaat, will probably have a part of his mind thinking about natures call. The fear of loosing control is always there, and might rush through the salaat, to be done with it!!

When one has withheld the nature call, and proceeds to salah, bending for rukoo etc would put pressure and you know, the sense of urgency will increase... The condition for wudu break (air passage ) etc will happen (in case of motion), without one realizing..

The matter is complicated, for those who have weak urine bladder (Its more common than accepted) And a strong couch could sometimes, accidentally lead to a small amount of urine discharge... Yes pretty delicate matters...

PS: Of course clarity from hadees/sharia is welcome...

As far as I know, you don't break your Salaah if you want to attend the call of nature or if there is irritation in your throat.

With regards to sh. Hudhayfee, he didn't have wudoo' and he remembered that after doing the takbeer. This is what I know- I maybe wrong though.

BaarakAllaahu feek. My question was about "during" salah not before it. I'll quote the narration when I find it in the book, I believe I read it in.

BaarakAllaahu feek.

I read about his throat here but yes some comments suggest what you said.

He was suspended on that Shia khutbah thing. Hope he's back now. May Allaah preserve the Sheikh.

The place I was taught, recommended to first attend Nature's call and same applies to a person, who would loose his meal if he attended Jamaath,(and fears hunger) to eat first. And, I have not seen a person enter the Mosque, when he feels nature's call is due. Nope not even the Imaam. And even preventing passing air, is not possible, for a person who is at the peak of controlling nature's call. The wisdom is 'Prevention is better than cure'.

Think of a person who is in a Jamaath, the person feels he has to attend call of nature and at same time he knows the Jamaath is about to start in say 2 Minutes. What do you think is best option? The person should not rush to Jamaath or to Salaat, a drop of urine in the cloth and the damage is big...

Prayer is invalidated as soon as Wudhu breaks whether you are an Imam or a follower. From there on there are two a few scenarios which are that someone from behind the Imam can walk up and take over or the Imam can grabs someone's hand and appoint him to be the Imam.

If the person can leave without disrupting people then he must leave and renew his wudhu but if he has huge numbers of people then he can't continue to pray and also shouldn't go through hundreds of people thereby interrupting their prayers in the process.
