MUST SEE-A masterpiece from Pakistan!

Seeking Allah's Mercy

Qul HuwaAllahu Ahud!
Asalamo'Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Baarakaatuh,

Best of the Shaykhs from other than the Shaykh themselves! Listen to this Shaykh. He's all in one. As far as I know he's 85 in one. Amazing immitation not only of style but voice too.

This video has Shaykh Mahir, Shaykh Husyan Al Sheikh, Shaykh Abu Bakr Ash Shatiri, Shaykh Shaykh Abdi Rehman Hudaify, Shaykh Ahmed Al Ajmi, Shaykh Salah Al Budair, Shaykh Mishary Rashid and Shaykh Saad Al Ghamdi:

[yt]NiP2z-GoYIs[/yt]

Shaykh Sudais, Wait! Is it Shaykh Sudais himself?

[yt]oqIe0M7mk20[/yt]

My Favourite Immitation: Shaykh Sudais's then Mishary Rashid's (I thought it was them alright and not someone immitating them) than Shaykh Mahir Muaqily Abu Bakr AshSatri.

P.S about adding Pakistan's name, it was to catch your attention.

BaarakAllaahu feek.

Walaikkum Assalam wa rahamatullahi wa barakatuhu,

Subhanallah! This brother has worked really hard.

On the other hand, I feel something wrong about this. Qur'an was sent down to be recited and understood. Here, it is being used to entertain the masses [People clapping and all]. Isn't it wrong?

Just a thought

Assalaam walaikum,

I have kept silent on this for so long...I do not understand the need for competition.

Salam alikom,

competitions bring out the best in people, most of the time.

If a family wanted to go out, I think they'll be more than happy to see this than go to the cinema or a nasheed ''concert''.

In my opinion, anything that brings people closer to Allah is good and should be supported.

Wa-alaikumus salam wa rahmatullah

Competition leads to excellence.

We, beings humans, compete with each other in numerous materialistic things. The competition for materialistic gains is discouraged, but we still do it..why? Because greed is indwelled in us..

Regardless of that, we are encouraged to compete with each other for acquiring good deeds. For example there was a time when we (college friends) were competing to memorize a particular chapter of Quran. Furthermore we (college friends) would compete to see who memorized more names of Sahabas ..etc

Now it could be arguable whether this particular act i.e imitating the voice of other to bring perfections in one's recitation is allowed or not?

Wa`alaykumassalam

I have seen him on a Pakistani show I was so impressed I showed it to all my friends. Shaykh Sudais had personally called him after he listened to his recitation.

Amazing ability.

I actually didn't like that clapping part too, but I guess that was just to appreciate. A number of scholars appreciated him with words of Golds. Now the audience down there. It's mixed. Many won't know. I believe they clapped to appreciate his hardwork and not the immitation itself. Do I make sense here?

But yes I agree, the clapping makes it look as if someone just pulled a couple of awesome stunts in a circus. Blunt I know, Astagfirullah.
aslam o alaikum

JazakALlah khair , MashAllah he does have a great talent

BaarakAllahu feek.

I know, when I watched this first, it was as if Allaah was telling me, See what I can do. It's one of His wonders to be honest.

Shaykh Sudias's teacher Shaykh Muhammad Abdul Zakir Majid (In Riyaadh) was his teacher too, He told him, he's never seen anything like him in 75 years of his life.

You watch it here. This part has got Shaykh Shuraim's immitation as well (Along with Shaykh Mahir Shaykh Hudaify and Shaykh Sudais). It's again, Awesome Mashaa'Allaah!

[It's Urdu btw]

So Humble. May Allaah bless our shaykh.

May Allaah reward you brother, you've said it nicely. Something like this is 100% better than going out for other stuff.

In some cases (like mine) people don't work unless there's a competition.

Is there a video for that meeting? Or was is actually in 'person'.
