2 questions on zakat: help needed

can someone answer or get them answered by a scholar?

1. zakat (obligatory - pillar of islam) on pocket money given by parents?

2. zakat (obligatory - pillar of islam) on parent's behalf if they are unwilling to give?

need them urgently.

wish Zakat do you speak about brother ?

the Zakat of wealth must be given by the owner , no one can give on his behlaf .
that mean the owner of money must give him self the money with the intention of Zakat .

for the first question it's better to give from the poket money Zakat of Al fitr in Ramadan when the muslim or muslimaht recieve money . but the father of Familly or the tutor who must give on behalf of his childrens , slaves .
if the father or tutor is non muslim , the muslim son who have poket money must give from this
and Allah subhanahu wa taala know best
Zakat Al Fitre of Ramadan or the Zakat of wealth?
