Something I'd like to share with you,it's harshness in the muslim society and with adeep look you can find the reason behind..
The abandoning of the Sunah of our prophet may the peace and the blessings of Allah be upon him and here is a situation from his life to know how tolerant he was.
Once a jew man came to the Prophet asking for the repayment of a certain sum the Prophet owed him; the man was very rude in his demand and said to the Prophet''You the sons of Abdul Muttaleb, are known for procrastination''
Omar ibn Alkhattab was infuriated by that rude behaviour so he asked the Prophet to let him kill that rude man; but the Prophet said to Omar,''You had better advise him to be more polite in his demand and advise me to be more punctual in my payment.'' the jew was so affected by this examplary reaction of the Prophet that he was converted to Islam and asked the Prophet to forgive him and as the Prophet said,''Iwas sent to perfect the moral behaviour,'':ma:
