salam, happy Eid-ul-adha. i thought the goats slaughtered during this holiday represent the one slaughtered by Ibrahim when he was told by Allah to sacrifice Isak but i've just heard that he was told to sacrifice Ishmael, now which is which?

i rember this story it was such a nice story and insiring to read as a convert its also in the bible so when i heard it again reading the quran i was very happy to see simularties
i cryed because at that moment i known it was the right decsion!
