Hmm.. there was a post on TTI in which it said that the Israeli newspapers said they were going to destroy Al Aqsa on the 16th of March...

Well obviously, look at whats happening right now in Jerusalem. Israel already blocked anyone younger than 50 from entering the mosque last 2 days ago.
And now tension is increasing. Lets see what happens the day after tomorrow.

If it is Allah's will that Masjid Al-Aqza gets destroyed then no one can stop that from happening... And if it Allah's will that it doesn't get destroyed then no one has any power to even break a single brick of that Masjid.
His dream may become a nightmare for this Rabbi.

Question: In the Last Days, Isa alayhi salam will descend back to earth. Now in some places it is said that the site of his descent will be Bayt Al-Maqdis or the Great Mosque in Syria. Is there any way the site can be Al-Aqsa as well? If so, then there's no way it will be destroyed. Also, is there a hadith or is it mentioned anywhere that it will be destroyed?
I was initially under the impression that it would play a significant role in the Last Times but now I'm not so sure.
BTW, the Israelis have pulled this card before, usually in an attempt to suppress the youth and anymore riots from Palestinians. InshAllah they won't actually carry it out this time.
