Um...actually, the tongue is made up from a group of muscles, not just one single muscle. (That's why u can change the shape of your tongue - make it flat, or poke it out or roll it etc).

My first thought was after reading this was that "no..the thigh muscle (rectus femoris) is the strongest muscle.

The following link says that perhaps the glutteus maximus (butt muscle lol) is the strongest, though I'm not sure when the 'strength' of that muscle is really ever applied. The link also says that the tongue muscle could be the strongest muscle only at birth.

EDIT: Many people are calling "Australasia" by the name "Oceania" now - sigh.

Actually, reading the entire link myself, (I stopped reading it after it confirmed the thigh muscle to be the strongest lol), it seems that the uterus is the strongest with respect to its mass. Not fair.

I saw something different before that mentioned licking your elbow and at the end said that you most likely tried, so this one didn't fool me, hehe. But the first time I saw it, I fell for it. I was unsuccessful though lol
