I was looking through the threads and I must say they are rather sad. It is so close to Eid..I just wanted to say something good about this forum.
We are criticized for being rigid. However, I must say I have learned a lot by being here. I love the fact that we are geeks. We use hadeeth and Quran. We have members that post links to books that are beneficial. As I read the information I know my daily practice improves.
I see us as striving to understand how our Pious Predecessors lived and trying to live Islamic lives in this crazy world.
I wanted to thank the brothers and sisters who take time out to teach us from the knowledge they gain.
So let me hand out a lollipop to everyone, InshaAllah. You see we can not live a faith that is compromised.
