well dat was nice...reminds of a beautiful hadith posted by one of my friends here..

This is a beautiful Hadith Sahl ibn Sa'd reports: "Gabriel came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and said: 'O Muhammad, live as long as you like, for you are to die. Do whatever deed you wish, for you are to be rewarded. Love whomever you wish, for you are to be parted (from them). And know that the honour of the believer is in the night prayer and his glory is being free from want from the people." [Narrated by Al-Hakim & Al-Baihaqi and it is classified as an authentic chain of narration by Al-Albani]
