Can anyone refute the Christian analogies for the Trinity ?

What's the purpose of posting this on more than one forum?

I liked the answer the sister stated there so i'll post there.

We reject Christianity not for their analogies- those can get quite amusing.. we reject it for the lack of logical consistency, lack of textual integrity, lack of cohesiveness of the core tenets and lack of harmony with Abrahamic religion. It isn't the faith that any prophet brought so it stands out quite monolithic and it doesn't really matter how colorful they get to explain it, their religion becomes more in harmony with pagan ideologies than monotheism.

Wait, so now that something has 3 sides its God's way of telling us about the trinity? Thats a load of crap.

The holy ghost is the name that we know from Allah to be the bringer of good news, the angel Jibriil.
But you see, christians are very confuse and using bad words and mockery against them will do no good. Open the eyes and give dawah to whom you can from christians, without mean attitude.
Is better to say Alhamdulillah for beeing muslims and pray for them, Allah will judge.

The problem with trinity beeing created is that they listen to shaytan and they mixed respect with worship. The respect for Jesus, peace be upon him and for the Angels developed in making them alike God. This is why is better to stay away from innovations and doubtful things, even if today we dont see any harm in celebrating certain things, our future generations will take them as tradition and obligations.

''They do blaspheme who say: Allah is one of three in a Trinity, for there is no god except One God” (Quran 5:73)
“... your God is One God: whoever expects to meet his Lord, let him work righteousness, and, in the worship of his Lord, admit no one as partner.” (Quran 18:110)

Even as an ex-Christian I can't make sense of it.

The three are supposedly the father, son and holy spirit.

The father is obvious. That's fair enough.

The son......well.......lol......as if that's possible.

The holy spirit (sometimes called the holy ghost) well.......what even is it? Casper the friendly ghost?

It doesn't take much thought to denounce it as rubbish. Anyone could come up with something more convincing than that. How about the traffic warden, the chav and the holy bling?

Scotty, from when did mocking others become part of "not telling lies"?

We expect something from you, and its called 'not stooping low'. Am confident, you can do better...
