Can I pray for others?

I mean, they can pray for themselves right, cos God is accessible to every one right?
Or are we supposed to pray for only others who cant pray for themselves, like a disease or something?

Or is my reasoning not good, strange or inappropriate?

ya we can pray for others, because du'a is powerful thing. we can pray to Allah and ask from Him, whether for ourselves or others, not only if they cant pray for themselves, but for example if we ask Allah to guide a person.

Salah is the most loving act of Worship infront of Allah. Even though we can make Hajj for our parents when they are dead, no one is allowed to do Salah for ANY person whose heart beats.

If a person cannot do it standing, then should pray sitting, if cannot do sitting, then should pray lying, if cannot move any part of body, use eyes, if cannot use eyes even, then use heart.

There is NO EXCUSE for leaving a single Salah in Islam.
