It's sheikh Mishary al-afaasi, you can listen to the entire 114chapters on www.islamweb.net, go to the left top of the page and click english and then when u get the english page scroll down...where it says audio under that click Quran and then the shaykh page appears and look for his name this is how they spell it on that web Mushaari al-afaasi. hope i helped inshaAllah. salam.

This is Surah Ibrahim starting from Verse 28 to 54 I think.

The recitor is Mishary Alafasy and this was recorded in 2006.

Hmmm, I downloaded the mp3 from this video using vdownloader. You might have to google it and get it.

The qari is Sheikh Mishary bin Rashid Al Afasy from Kuwait..I am also his number one fan...If I'm not mistaken, this is Surah Ibraheem but not sure which Ayat..You can visit his website and free download at http://alafasy.tripod.com/..
