Can't attach any files?

Assalam u Alaikum,
I just wanted to attach an MP3 Nasheed album for others to benefit but I am unable to find how. Previous suggestions were using the "Manage Attachment" and the "Attachment Icon" in the New message window.... But I cant find either.... Plus I also get "You may not post attachments" in the Posting rules....
How to enable it?

Wa alaikumussalaam warahmatullaah,

Wallaahu ahlam if you already have searched for the "attachment icon" which has a paperclip symbol and the "manage attachment" button below, then it's prolly 'cause you are a "newly registered user" Inshaa'Allaah I'll get ack to you on this once confirmed. As of now, you may want to post more so you get that enabled Inshaa'Allaah.
