As how you felt other comments were inappropriate, I think the above in red is extremely inappropriate.
since when does a muslim need to be qualified, to practice Islam?
Basing your statement you seem to know how much knowledge each of us have and how do you know that a person, has not already asked a sheik (pleasing to your standards) as well.
I suggest you pm the member rather than blast every member on this forum openly.
Not to many of us have time to answer questions appropriately.
don't take what I said, negatively, just as advise.

I think what akhi thariq meant was that since akhi shaheer has a specific situation in which he could possibly get persecuted for wearing a sunnah beard while entering in to a country, he should consult a Shaykh/Aalim who is aware of the situation and can advise him if there is a relaxation of the obligation in his case or not.
I think this is a sound advice, as some of us here suggested "grow it when you reach such and such place'. Apart from the common sense in such an advice, where is the daleel for such an action ? You are suggesting a brother to trim his beard for a specified period of time (which is actually prohibited), while you are infact not even sure if this is a relaxation allowed to him (as per his personal situation) in Islamic Shariah.
If however, akhi shaheer wanted to know about the general ruling about Sunnah beard, we would have been able to help him and provide the fatawa and articles with regards to it. He is already conversant with those details Alhamdulillah. As akhi thariq rightly suggested, he should consult an Aalim now, communicating his personal situation to him so that he can get a ruling for his case InshaAllah.
May Allah make it easy for akhi shaheer and all brothers and sisters to practice the deen. Ameen.
