Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (salla Allh alaihi wa salam) said,
"He who utters:
`Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi
(Allah is free from imperfection and His is the praise)'
one hundred times a day,
his sins will be obliterated even if they are equal to
the extent of the foam of the ocean.''
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

The hadith didn`t tell about a certain time this means we can say it any time and Allahu aalam

Subhaanallaahi wa bihamdihi (Glory is to Allaah and praise is to Him) Recite one hundred times in Arabic.

"Whoever recites this one hundred times in the morning and in the evening will not be surpassed on the Day of Resurrection by anyone having done better than this except for someone who had recited more." - Bukhaari 4/2071.
