    Yes , but it makes me nervous hearing only Jazak Allah , bcz it's not a complete sentence .

    Jazak Allahu Khayeran ( male ) Jazaki Allahu Khayeran ( female )

    It's perfect like that way .

    :salam2:

    HadakIllah is correct i think :) *These guys will help you out inshaAllah*

    Urm, just wanted to ask. I know ive asked before but its a little confusing for me. When you're typing Arabic English *written in the English format, but said as Arabic* you tend to use, 7, 3 etc etc? And i feel very :confused:

    7= Haa ?
    3= 'Ayn

    What is the rest please?

    JazakAllah khayr

    Wasalam

    3 = ع
    6 = ط
    3" = غ
    4 = ذ
    5 = ق or sometimes it represents خ
    2 = ء

    This is what I know :)

    Saudi Arabian sister ? :biggrin:

    in a short way u can call me Fatima :)

    The Literal translation of " kalam fadhi " = empty speech but it's an expression for the useless speech , the speech which doesn't have any benifit , Unacceptable speech .

    okhayeya ( male )
    أُخــيَّ

    okhayeyah ( female )

    أُخــيـَّــة

    No problem , any time I'm here :)

    dear sister
    just want to know
    how does this number represent the huruf in arabic?
    is it based on the arabic keyboard?
    becos yeah sometimes i dont understand a word with a number in the middle :lol:
    usually here we'll spell the huruf if its directly translated from arabic words
    i used to take al lughah al arabiyah ala'liyah in school before - was fun but quite hard with the nahu,sorof,balaghoh-a lot of memorization there
    and now ive forgotten most of it :astag:
    anyways always keen to learn back arabic language :SMILY259:

    و عليكم السلام و رحمة الله و بركاته
    Hello honey ,
    Ok this way is used by the ppl whom write Arabic in Latin letters , about me I don't like it , Arabic letters are the best ;)
    they choose the similar number to represent each letter , for e . g . 7 = ح
    it's a kinda similar .

    and it's Huroof NOT huruf
    Sarf Not suruf
    balaghah not balaghuh

    :)

    Kasrah , Fat'hah and Dhammah :)

    By experience you'll learn how to read without Harakat
    If I write a word without Harakat ( accents ) it will have many meanings but by experience you'll know what the certain meaning .

    1: 20 : Sheikh Ali Jabir was nearly 10 years old or a little more when he has memorised 10 parts of the Qur'an on the hand of one of his Shiekhes ( teacher ) and he is Sheikh Rahmatullah Qari .
